Dear friends in Christ,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news with you that Rev. Dan Smith passed away Monday, June 13 at the age of 70 after a brief illness.
He was in the home of his dreams in the Palm Springs area.
He was beloved by this entire congregation as well as many of the communities here in the Hollywood and West Hollywood area.
A service in celebration will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM at West Hollywood United Church of Christ in West Hollywood, California.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the West Hollywood United Church of Christ Endowment Fund.
