Dear friends in Christ

This Sunday, we are celebrating Pride Month with the first of our three part worship and sermon series. This Sunday we are celebrating rainbow Sunday with a special music and a sermon about the significance of the rainbow in the Bible, and in LGBTQ history. I encourage everyone to wear their rainbows to worship!

We will not have Bible study this week. We will have our final session of our series on the clobber texts on Sunday morning, June 9, at 9 AM.

We will be hosting a membership class on Tuesday, June 4 from 6 PM to 8 PM at the church. Dinner will be provided. If you are interested in learning more about joining the church, please email me at pastor@wehoucc.org and let me know if you have any dietary restrictions.

PRIDE MONTH

June 2 – Rainbow Sunday – Join us as we learn about the history of the Rainbow from the Bible to today. Make sure to wear your rainbows to worship!

June 9 – Join us as we read about the first openly gay disciple in the Bible, and bless all of our June Birthdays and Anniversaries.

June 16 – Join us as we celebrate Father’s Day!
