Dear friends in Christ,

This week during worship we will be reading the story of Elisha and the Widow’s Oil from the book of Kings. It is a familiar miracle story, but it has much to teach us about communities coming together and God acting when times are tough and we feel as though nothing we can do will ever be enough.

In Bible Study we are still studying revolutionary women such as Jael and Judith and learning about how their out-of-the-box thoughts and actions brought us to the time of Jesus.
