Easter 2023 is on Sunday, April 9. Our tradition at WeHo UCC has been to dedicate half of our offering to the United Church of Christ’s denominational initiative, One Great Hour of Sharing, which distributes funds for emergency assistance and disaster relief. This year we will dedicate the other half of the offering to the Hollywood Food Coalition.
Yes! Once a year we hold our weekly worship on Saturday morning instead of Sunday morning. Why? Because the LA Marathon is scheduled for Sunday, March 19, and all those runners will pass right by our church. Sunset Blvd will be closed to traffic.
